Catering Spit with 6 baskets. This is a large gas spit that can be fitted with up to 6 baskets for rolled meat, chicken, and even vegetables if required etc. Produces succulent lamb, beef, pork and chicken roasts. It is ideal for feeding up to approximately 80 people. Great for those larger catering events and meat is cooked to tender. Requires your own full gas bottle and leave the lid down as much as possible so as not to interefere with cooking times. (Please note: this is not for a whole animal. This is for rolled meats or whole chickens).
